Carl Ramskill is a Principal Air Quality Consultant at AWN Consulting. He holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Air Pollution Management and Control from the University of Birmingham. He is a full Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management (MIAQM) and the Institution of Environmental Science (MIEnvSc). Carl specialises in air quality dispersion modelling, monitoring, EIA and large road scheme assessments.
