I’ve had the pleasure of working at AWN for nearly two years in the Water Department, and it has been a truly positive experience. From the start, I was welcomed by a supportive and knowledgeable team that encouraged my growth and development. The department’s collaborative atmosphere fostered a strong sense of teamwork, and I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to diverse, impactful projects that have expanded my skills both on-site and behind the desk. I’m grateful for my time at AWN Consulting and appreciate the dynamic, friendly work environment.

I truly enjoy working at AWN. The working environment they have developed has allowed me to grow my professional career over the years. The variety of projects we work on has allowed me to develop my skills in different areas while being supported by a dedicated team. The staff at AWN are an invaluable asset and are always willing to help each other out.

AWN has provided me with invaluable opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. The organisation’s strong internal culture of collaboration and support fosters an environment where team members help one another thrive, all without the constraints of traditional micromanagement.

I have worked with AWN Consulting since January 2015, progressing from a Consultant to Principal Consultant during those years. AWN has always been open to me exploring areas of business development within my specialised field, growing our department in directions that interest me, and I feel passionate about. They have actively encouraged my professional development and have always allowed me flexibility within my work/life balance. As one of the leaders in my team I hope to provide the same encouragement, balance and professional fulfilment that was enabled by AWN for me.

AWN are a great employer, it is a fast paced work environment with very interesting and versatile projects. For very challenging projects there is always a more senior team member at hand to lend advice or discuss through the approaches to be taken; they’ve seen it all but while immensely knowledgeable they are also very genuine and empathetic. These qualities are shown in their focus on employee wellbeing and openness to flexible working arrangements. With a renewed emphasis on CPD I’m looking forward to developing more skills to help the consultancy grow, while making sure we are working in the smartest way possible.

I’ve been working at AWN for the past three years, and it has been an awesome experience.  The flexible working nature and friendships among colleagues make AWN a friendly and fun place to work, where everyone is always willing to lend a hand and share their expertise.
