I’ve been working at AWN for over three years now, and I can honestly say how truly grateful I am to be part of such a positive and supportive environment. What stands out most to me is the flexibility, mutual respect, and genuine friendships that make this company feel like more than just a workplace.

The consulting business can definitely get hectic at times, but having the right people around you makes all the difference and that’s exactly what I’ve encountered here. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a company where collaboration, kindness, and a shared sense of purpose are part of the culture. It’s not easy to come across a place like this, and I’m genuinely thankful to be part of it.

AWN is a great place to work. I currently work a Senior Consultant but began my career here as a Graduate. AWN has always afforded me the opportunity to grow professionally and work on genuinely interesting projects. I am surrounded by a very knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working and capable team. Maybe more importantly, we are very good at helping one another, are always there give a hand and foster a friendly working environment.

I truly enjoy working at AWN. The working environment they have developed has allowed me to grow my professional career over the years. The variety of projects we work on has allowed me to develop my skills in different areas while being supported by a dedicated team. The staff at AWN are an invaluable asset and are always willing to help each other out.

AWN has provided me with invaluable opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. The organisation’s strong internal culture of collaboration and support fosters an environment where team members help one another thrive, all without the constraints of traditional micromanagement.

AWN are a great employer, it is a fast paced work environment with very interesting and versatile projects. For very challenging projects there is always a more senior team member at hand to lend advice or discuss through the approaches to be taken; they’ve seen it all but while immensely knowledgeable they are also very genuine and empathetic. These qualities are shown in their focus on employee wellbeing and openness to flexible working arrangements. With a renewed emphasis on CPD I’m looking forward to developing more skills to help the consultancy grow, while making sure we are working in the smartest way possible.
